CASA DE BUENA MADERA This home is south of Cancun on the Mayan Riviera, also called the Riviera Maya, in the town of Playa del Carmen. It is in the subdivision of Playacar, Phase One. The house, which is only two blocks from the beach, is a spacious three story, three bedroom, three and one-half bath home. It is a ten minute walk past Mayan ruins to town, the ferry to Cozumel, and beautiful beaches, while located in a quiet gated community. Located 150 meters from the beach with ocean view from the terraces, very close to town and shopping area. It sleeps 6 - 10 people in 3 bedrooms. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with two full-size beds in each room and full private bath for each. On the second floor is the kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room and ½ bath with a terrace overlooking the street. On the third floor is the master bedroom and bath with a king-sized bed and a large terrace overlooking the street and the ocean. On the roof is a well-furnished terrace with a view of the Caribbean and the jungle. Great for private sun-worshipping and for outdoor dining. From here you can see beautiful sunrises and sunsets.
